DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The worst place I’ve ever lived at. I came in about 11 months ago. The first week was pretty good they helped me get signed up (just wanted there money) and everything moved quickly. I voiced some concerns when coming in such as my dishwasher not working etc. after about a month of not getting that fixed I sent in a work order which they said they fulfilled but never actually did anything since then I have put in another 5-10 work orders and nothing has changed. They blow it... off like they couldn’t care less. My A/C has gone out a few times. They did fix it once but the same issue happened the week after and I put in a work order about a month ago and nothing has changed. Put simply as soon as they get your money they do not care about how you are in your apartment.

Lastly, I go on a work trip this past week. My girlfriend drops me off at the airport and calls me crying the next day saying my truck got stolen. So I checked the maps on my app and it pulls up to a towing yard. My girlfriend is left without a vehicle while I’m 1000 miles away. I have been here 11 months I have stickers proving I’ve register my vehicle and I had to pay $215 to get my truck back from the towing company. Not how you should treat your renters who have rented with you for a year now.

Also keep in mind they never answer the phones so my girlfriend had to go into the office to give them her phone so I could talk to them. Try to leave a message they will not call you back. Still waiting on a call back from 2 months ago. This place is a complete joke.

All this to say find literally anywhere else to live this place does not care about the residents. You’d be better off literally anywhere but here. Can’t wait until my lease is up. Read More

?We have been residents at The Vincent for five years and have experienced countless complaints with virtually no resolution from management, spanning multiple property owners. It is a complete joke.
?When my husband recently posted about our issues, the management's only action was to respond to the post's responsiveness without addressing a single one of the substantive problems raised. This speaks volumes... about their priorities.
?If you are considering moving here, be prepared for:
?Broken/Non-Functional Gates: Security is consistently compromised.
?Overfilled and Unsanitary Trash Cans/Areas: A persistent issue.
?Widespread Subletting: Unregulated activity among neighbors.
?Misused/Abused Amenities: The community spaces are not maintained or respected.
?Destructive Children: Unsupervised children are regularly destroying and stealing other residents' property.
?Save yourself the frustration, money, and stress. The Vincent has been a severely disappointing experience and we strongly advise against moving here. Read More

Johnathan the assistant service manager was incredible. His fast response taking care of all of my maintenance issues were greatly appreciated. He was very thorough and went above and beyond.

Current Resident

I have had issues getting maintenance requests filled for things as essential as Black Mold, Incorrect Billing, Leaks, and as simple as broken microwaves, burnt out lights, and missing screens go unanswered for weeks.

When I have reached back out to the property manager letting them know that this is unacceptable, they responded by making veiled threats and taking it as a personal attack.

As of right now, stay as far away as you can. This is not a property that takes resident... issues seriously.

As a professional who also works in an adjacent field, the lack of communication, follow up, and basic courtesy is both surprising and disappointing.

It’s too many late night action goes on over here!!! There’s always late night early morning parties on weekdays when people have to go to work. Loud music!!!!! There is always pet poop and trash all around the complex. There’s no speed limit people be speeding around corners. When driving through, you notice people in the street loitering all around. Let’s not mention the place is a whole mechanic shop. It’s hard to park. There’s literally no respect here... if you want to live here for that... then this the place for you.
