Great Place to Live

I lived here for a few years and recently moved out. Great place to live. Good amenities, safe, nice neighbors and management team is top notch.

Lived here for about 10 years

Really good apartment location distance wise to many places around dfw. I feel like we're close to the middle. Anyway the bad... The first I should point out is the noise. Close to Lovefield, Dart rail,another train rail w/ some random train that passes by around 2a.m. (train horn and all) and all kinds of emergency vehicle sirens. I can live with it, its just whenever I visit someones house I always realize how quiet the neighborhood is in comparison. Patio fencing is made of metal bars w/ no… privacy at all. So nobody hangs outside their apartment except for smokers. It'll be a year before you see your neighbors. Parking is wrapped around the edge of the property so you have to go around the entire place just to get out (god forbid you forget anything lol) We've been having security for awhile and even though I leave for work every weekday at 230 am he still mugging like if I stole the car. Hmmm..... The good thing is very responsive matinence. Fix that problem in a couple of hours or less! I pointed out mostly bad things because these apartments are way better than the neighbouring ones. Very safe knowing what goes on around here...
