Trash is far and had a few things missing and not working when I moved in but overall seems like nice community. I would like to see the grounds a little cleaner beer cans everywhere

Love the pool neighbors are friendly great community to live in. The staff is amazingly helpful and the maintenance is wonderful as well. The amenities are awesome.

It's nice that there aren't so many loud music competitions going on now. It is also nice not to feel vulnerable while walking my dog in the late evening. There are people still hanging out after dark, so I don't feel like I can walk my dog far. We can typically go less than halfway to the trash dumpster.

I would have to say that the management team is great there when I moved into my apartment, 437 the apartment whoever lived there prior to me moving in was nasty appliances are broken. The door is broken. It barely closes. The knob is about to fall off their stains on the carpet the whole entire apartment smells like smoke Their cigarette stains all over the countertops and things. The washer and dryer is broken. There’s roaches water bugs, nuts the place doesn’t look like it has been clean even... though they said that my apartment was ready and it just needs some serious maintenance done to it. I have put in over 10 maintenance request to get all this stuff fixed. I’m not sure why it’s like that.
