We have roaches in our Luxury Apartment. Didn't start seeing them until about 3 weeks to a month, and I'm sure because of it being Fall about to go into Winter. There has been no pest control but our first one is set to occur 8/7 since we moved in here 10/30/2025. They got rid of the squirrels in around January or February that got in due to a hole above our window outside and clawed like crazy to get in but didn't get inside our ,place of residence. I could see the squirrels climb the side of... the building to get leverage to get into the hole. It sound like a whole family was there. I called about 5 of 6 times about something being in our roof possibly weekly. Their little feet could be heard. It finally got dealt with. No more squirrels. I use ZEVO from Walmart to deal with the roaches which kills on contact.

Since I walked into the office that Friday evening, I've had nothing but Amazing treatment. I Love my new happy place ??.
It's so quite and peaceful the grounds are nice and kept maintained.

Maintenance requests doesnt have a specific timeframe or deadline, even with safety, pest, and or urgent matters. Things that should’ve been in place before move in , you’ll likely wait for it to get done.
