Maintenance requests doesnt have a specific timeframe or deadline, even with safety, pest, and or urgent matters. Things that should’ve been in place before move in , you’ll likely wait for it to get done.

They have been awesome from the moment we moved in. The office staff has been understanding and has worked with us anytime we've had an issue. We've been here for 2 years and plan on staying at least another year.

A lot of maintenance improvements. The facility is working on improving the quality of its amenities. However, I suggest discounts for old residents, especially those who pay regularly and on time.

I am loving my beautiful apartment in Lewisville! I just took a dip today in the beautiful pool. I sat under the fountain like it was a waterfall over my head. I felt like I was at a luxurious hotel on vacation. Speaking of which, this apartment complex is close to several resort areas. The closest being Grapevine! I love living here!

Everyone is nice and kind lii ok be the face that have multiple grills a nice little park for my daughter and I don’t see any spiders or bugs on park gear
