I’m a current resident and currently praying that I find another apartment to move in soon. This place has been a nightmare. The part I hate the most is the ROACH INFESTATION. It started last summer when they were working on the breezeways in front of our doors. I started noticing the roaches in the kitchen, then the bathroom and they made their way into my bedroom. They have officially infested my router and modem to which i have video proof. My work equipment is currently at high risk as i... FIGHT daily to keep the roaches from inhabiting it. I had to get a roach removed from my ear to which management didn’t care and they told me to contact maintenance. To which i filled out a veryyy lengthy pest control request stating the amount of
Money that I have spent trying to rid myself of these roaches. I have spent a lot of money on pesticides roach traps roach sprays bombing. I even went as far as Roach powder that smells horrible and I keep having to lay it down because the roaches are not going away. I shouldn’t have to be coming out of pocket to spend so much money to read my apartment of roaches. The complex has failed to assist me in this matter because I have submitted multiple requests on roaches on my last request. I included a very detailed description of what happened the last time pest control came by and I requested that they bring something different to try and attack the roaches and get rid of them Guy came and told me that the apartment complex did not let him read the notes. Therefore he brought the same thing that was brought the last time to spray. This did not help the infestation has gotten worse. All I am needing is a miracle right now for an apartment to approve my application so that I can move
