The Best Place To Land

I was in a pretty bad situation and needed a place for my son and I to move into quick. Gloria and Jasmine immediately made me feel like we found the right place. They were so kind and compassionate during the tour and answered all my questions. By the end of the day I had found our soft place to land. I couldn't have picked a better place. The creek and lake on the property makes it feel less like a complex and more like a home. The community I have found here is also a plus. Everyone is… friendly and looks out for one another. The 2-bedroom unit we got is perfect. The property is clean, and the underground parking is amazing for those possible baseball sized hail days! Walking our dogs around the lake has given our dogs the opportunity to make friends too! The quick response to all work requests is wildly impressive! Even if you just need a lightbulb changed! The crew that maintains the property and fulfills the work orders are amazing. My son and I know them all by name now and love to stop and chat on our way to pick up our packages from the Amazon Hub.... which is also a bonus feature! :) All in all, Tonti Lakeside is a GREAT place to be.

Love it here!

I’ve lived in a good amount of apartments and these have by far been my favorite. I’ve been here for over a year and don’t have any complaints; maintenance is always super quick to respond, management is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Jasmine, Gloria, and Marah are all so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend Tonti Lakeside enough!!

Family

I've been a resident for about 3 years. Marah and Gloria are the absolute best. You can tell a lot about a property, by the manager sometimes. They're mostly if not always prompt with their responses, very understanding, and have become like family (well until they take my rent money lol)... The only time i've had a complaint while living here, was beyond their control (cant control who you live near) however they always handled it professionally! Thanks a ton for the experience.

So wonderful!

The staff has been so wonderful and patient helping me get my first apartment on my own! The property is also absolutely stunning and peaceful! I awaited my move in date so much just for the peace and serenity the property brings!
