I love living here. Whether I want to relax, enjoy a beautiful view or stay active there is a place for everything here! There's an indoor Atrium with comfy couches, a TV and free coffee. Since it is cold out, I love to come here to relax and enjoy the 3-story view above me. When I want some fresh air, I go to the 5th floor that has an amazing view especially at night. When I want to be active, I go to our 24-hour gym that never gets crowded. It has everything I need and the prices here are… amazing! Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely irresponsible, unfriendly and not professional. Whenever you talk to them them, you will never feel welcomed because they always have some rude thing to say back to your request, and will blame you for their mistake. If you have some service that needs to be performed in apartment-you can forget about it, because it’s never going to get fixed, they simply could care less. The lady that works in management is the absolute rudeness gemstone, I’ve… never seen a person in my life with such a toxic behavior towards their customers(residents), she will never apologize to you about inconvenience because she’s the one creating these inconveniences.
