Nice exterior but serious security concerns.
While the building looks modern and appealing on the outside with nice amenities, residents should be aware of serious security issues. My car was recently stolen directly from the parking garage, which is supposed to be secure.
Despite reporting the incident, leasing management has yet to follow up with any meaningful response—no updates, no reassurance, and certainly no new security measures. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like safety concerns are being ignored, especially when you're... paying for gated access.
If you're considering moving here, I’d strongly recommend asking about recent security incidents and what steps (if any) management is taking to protect residents and their property.
