Poor Management
Stayed here for a little over a year and the front desk has changed constantly . It took forever to get anything fixed . Very high crime . Are car kept getting toed even with proper documentation from the office...There records aren't kept up to date even with new management

These apartments are bad and horrible they have no respect. I seriously Want a conversation with the owners of this apartments to let them know that there New management are rude disrespectful and have no word. That’s why a lot of people are leaving.

Very bad neighborhood, trash everywhere. Pictures are deceiving, it looks nothing like that.

Help Them
Maintenance problems.
Very old apartments.
Could be fixed if the right investors help only.

new management
We've stayed here for a little over a year and the staff has changed every month seems like. It took forever to get one thing fix until the new manager came and then it still didn't get all the way fixed so had to add another work order on top of twenty we already had for the same problem. Hopefully with the new manager things will turn around for the better.
