I am Charlotte H. a tenant at Vista Montana Apts. I lived here since 2009. Seen lots of things take place under other managers, but I want to Thank Anna since coming here and in that time I seen more changes for the better take place gradually. Upkeep is more clean and her and the staff professional attitude in helping resolve issues are in a timely manner. I appreciate how polite they greet you and listen patiently. This is a very different atmosphere here. ????

Mountain Valley Apts
I haved lived here since 2014 an thier have been many managers since then. But since Alicia has been manger on this property she has been so very attentive an very professional. I truly hope she stays on for a very long time. I feel that she truly has the patience with her residents an always always gets things accomplished in anything thing that is wrong with your apt in a timely manner.
