Alexander & Jazmin Go Above and Beyond
Alexander and Jazmin in the front office are absolutely amazing! They are always professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to help whenever I need anything. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been positive, and they truly make you feel valued as a resident.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, but based on my experience, they don’t reflect the reality at all. This team genuinely does everything they can to assist and resolve issues quickly and respectfully. I’m very grateful for... Alexander and Jazmin—they truly make this community feel like home!

Don’t Believe the Negative Reviews — VV&M Is Outstanding
Living at VV&M has truly been a great experience. From day one, Alexander and the management team have been professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and respectfully. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the community and creating a welcoming environment for residents.
I’ve seen some mixed reviews, but my personal experience has been nothing but positive. Management communicates clearly, follows through,... and holds everyone to the same standards to keep the community running smoothly—which I actually appreciate. Big thank you to Alexander and the entire VV&M team for their hard work and dedication. It makes a difference, and it definitely makes this place feel like home.

Amazing experience
I moved into VV&M a couple months ago and I honestly love it here. The property is always clean, quiet, and in a really convenient location. One thing that really stood out to me was how helpful the leasing office has been. Jazmin has been amazing from day one she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually takes the time to help with anything I need. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she’s always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth. It’s rare to... find someone who cares this much about residents, so that definitely made a big difference in my experience here. Overall I’m really happy living here and would definitely recommend VV&M.
