Living at VV&M has been an amazing experience for me. Alexander and the entire management team truly set the standard for professionalism and great customer service. They’re responsive, attentive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. You can tell they put real effort into keeping the community running smoothly and creating a positive environment for everyone.
I’ve noticed some negative reviews, but based on my own experience, it honestly feels like many of those came from... people who didn’t want to follow the community guidelines or were upset they couldn’t bend the rules. I’ve had nothing but respectful, helpful, and positive interactions with management since day one. Huge appreciation for Alexander and the VV&M team—they really make this place feel like home!

I’ve had a great experience living at VV&M so far! Alexander and the entire management team have been nothing but professional, attentive, and kind. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve responded quickly and made sure things were handled the right way. You can really tell they care about the residents and the community. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and honestly, from my own experience, it seems like those might be from people who didn’t get their way or didn’t want to follow the... community rules. Personally, I’ve had nothing but positive interactions here and truly appreciate how organized and helpful the staff is. Big thanks to Alexander and the VV&M team for making this such a great place to live!

The new management team at VV&M, especially Alexander, has completely transformed the community! You can feel the difference in how things are handled — everything is more organized, communication is clear, and they truly care about the residents.
Alexander always goes above and beyond to help, and the entire team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Living here has become such a positive experience since they took over.
I couldn’t be happier with the changes and the level of service this... team provides. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t hesitate — you’ll be in great hands with Alexander and the VV&M team!

Living at VV&M has been a thousand times better since Alexander and the current management team took over! The difference in communication, professionalism, and overall care for residents is truly night and day. Alexander and his team go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued and heard.
It’s unfortunate to see a few negative reviews from people who didn’t follow community rules or guidelines, because this team truly does an incredible job keeping... VV&M a great place to live. You can tell they genuinely care about maintaining a beautiful, safe, and respectful community.
