A truly great place to live!!

Let me start by saying that The Wesley Apartments are VERY nice. It is clear that they are under new and very good management. The units have been completely redone and the complex has been given new life, it is modern and so cozy all at the same time. The units may look small from the outside but they have plenty of space inside.

The new property manager is wonderful! She is great at responding to your needs in a timely manner and she really cares about the residents! The security is also… great— there are security officers on the premises at all times to make sure everything and everyone is safe.

I would also like to add that the location is great, very close to the hospitals and lots of bars and restaurants. It really is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in downtown Dallas!

Beautifully renovated and friendly management!

I have lived here since late 2023 and am so impressed by the ongoing efforts of the new management team to take care of their tenants. I know the other reviews are bad, but things are different here now. We have security, great lighting, the renovations are just beautiful. We have great neighbors and the pool is being redone! Come check it out.
