They made me virtually a “homeless” person. I signed the lease for a 1bedroom apt, picked up keys and went to take a quick loom at the apartment before moving in all my stuff. While all my belongings were loaded in the Uhaul trailer right outside. What is see, the apt had old equipments, while I had signed for upgraded apt. The apt did not have fireplace, while I asked for an apt with one and they showed me during property tour before signing the lease. And above all the apt was filthy, sink had... stains, dents on wood, dust everywhere, it was NOT ready to move in. At this point when I tried finding my what my options are, they didn’t really offer anything substantial/reasonable. I had to pay extra for storage unit, extra for Uhaul for so many extended hours, and for my temp accommodation since my existing lease at my old place was ending next day. They didn’t offer to compensate me in any form. So, there I was, one day in a nice apt, excited to move into this apt and next day on road by my Uhaul trailer with no roof on my head. Read More

Pest control issues that are still unresolved. Unprofessional behavior from office and or its contractors. Poor communication to its residents.thr company sprays to have its bathtubs resurfaced but doesn't inform its residents. I work from home and the fumes are literally unbearable to the point where I have to stand on my patio and its hot out. Can't turn on my air conditioning because it intensifies the horrible odor of chemicals. The guy in the rent office said he couldn't do anything. I... would not recommend this place to anyone. These apartments are nasty they paint over the cracks and the real problems. Don’t let it fool you they dont care about just the money been here for 2 years and the things i went through wouldn’t wish on no one

This is the worst place to live. They do not screen their clients. They will let anyone live here. This was a great place before the CityGate Team took over. Felicia (the manager) and Jerry (receptionist) are the RUDEST people on the planet. Please don't bother contacting their corporate office because they do not respond either. If you value being treated with respect then don't bother living here. They treat the residents as if they are doing them a favor by allowing them to stay. And all... these nice reviews you see below are because they offered residents $200 off their June rent to post a nice review. So please don't believe the hype they are horrible. Read More

The staff is friendly and maintenance responds timely when there is an issue. Up to date kitchen amenities and bathroom is huge. I also love the hardwood floors as well. They are located within minimal distance to restaurants and shopping. A pet friendly community that has a dog park. Convenient area within community that’s great for cookouts with barbecue grills and seating.
