Winsted at White Rock

I’ve repeatedly raised concerns since April about unsanitary conditions in the stairwells, including frequent dog waste and urine. Communication from the management team has been sparse and largely unhelpful, and the issue still hasn’t been addressed or acknowledged in a meaningful way.

It’s clear this is not an isolated complaint — many residents have expressed similar frustrations, yet no real action has been taken. It feels like resident concerns are consistently ignored, and cleanliness,... upkeep, and accountability do not seem to be priorities here.

Moving out of state is already stressful, however Grace and the leasing department made this transition so smooth with getting my application in quickly, sending me link to the correct place to apply for certain components. Overall I am LOVING living in this area! It is BEAUTIFUL to say the least!

Winsted at White Rock is a lovely community with friendly managment and staff. The apartments are well-maintained and I am very pleased with my decision to live here.

When you own your home, you know what you are dealing with for the most part, because you run the ship. So renting can be scary because its unknown and in the hands of some management team. I've been here since April of this year, and I can honestly say that they have extended themselves, to things that have happened beyond my or their control. Maintenence has taken care of every problem I've had promptly and didnt just patch it up. The office staff/ maintenance staff, has always been friendly,... professional and has given me comfort in their transparency and promptness as well. The community is older, but clean and quiet. The aesthetics, ambience, price, location/to everything you need is within walking distance, is on the lake ; and is just unmatched for the area. I thought I'd miss having my house and I don't. Even with the minor hiccups I have had, I found peace and freedom at Windstead. This is the first time I’ve actually loved an apartment, management is amazing, if you need maintenance, they’re at your apartment in a timely manner. Just amazing.
