The Leonard

The Leonard is a “you get what you pay for” apartment. It’s not the nicest place, but it’s affordable and decent enough, which is why many students see it as a reasonable option.

Not the best, not the worst. Great maintenance team, good leasing staff. The property and units are in decent shape for being 26 years old. The property management company and their decisions suck, though. The Bluetooth door and gate locks are terribly inconvenient; highly impractical decision. It'd be nice if the front gates actually worked, too.

Management is on site and are quick to help with questions/problems. The maintenance crew is very timely on submitted requests and typically will get there within 24 hours of a request being submitted. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

My experience these past two years have been a very positive one. Maintenance responds quickly, and the amenities are always working and available.

The amenities like the gym and the pool are great, along with the staff, and I enjoy being a resident here! Whenever I have any issues with my unit, help is easily accessible, and the unit issues are quickly fixed!
