I want to say something nice but ...

Windows leak in both bedrooms every time it rains and I've told them this since I moved in over a year ago. Sink leaks and garbage disposal won't work. AC is broken and apparently my window unit is a code violation.

Comfortable stay

I was hesitant initially looking at reviews from the past, however pleasantly surprised with the condition of the units and updates done inside of these units. It seems to be under new management and they are really taking care of the properties. I have got newer appliances and kitchen cabinets which I did not expect. The place is quiet and close to my work place. Happy to recommend.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home!

I have been living at Manchester House Apartments in Denton, TX, and I can honestly say it’s been such a positive experience, especially since the new management took over. They’re incredibly friendly, cooperative, and genuinely invested in making this a welcoming place to live.

Any time an issue arises—big or small—the management team is on top of it right away, making sure it gets taken care of quickly and thoroughly. It’s a relief to know that I can count on them to maintain the property and… prioritize residents’ comfort. It really makes all the difference in day-to-day life!

From the well-maintained common areas to the responsive management, I couldn't be happier to call Manchester House Apartments home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Denton. It’s a place where you’ll feel valued and supported every step of the way!
