5 stars for maintenance!!!! He is always on top of it for anything we need! When you send in a request he is there same day 90% of the time and he’s the only maintenance guy right now!! Stellar dude.

El ambiente es moderno, es un vecindario muy seguro es muy limpio el gimnasio es muy bien distribuido es un tiene zona adecuada para perros la iluminación es muy buena el área de parrilla es limpia la Seguridad está muy bien organizada el sistema de recojo de basura está OK

I love these apartments. This experience over this past year has been great. Yes, there was been some maintence issues with some things/appliances, but the maintence crew takes great care of things. I love the community feel Perch brings to the table and the availability of all the amenities!
