We started to have issues with mildew and flooding but when we brought it to managements attention it was fixed. We love the events that are thrown here.

I’ve enjoyed renting here since 11/24. Staff is very professional, maintenance is quick and grounds are kept clean. The place is not too large making all amenities a quick walk.

Very fast, officiant, quiet nice gated community. The neighborhood is good. No problems since being here. They appear to be very good at what they do here for the community. Love they have hosted events.

So far so good, we have had some bumps in the road; however Levi the maintenance guy is doing his best provided services for us.
These units are beautiful and very homey. We have enjoyed the pool and dog park lately. Looking forward to see what all Perch Denton brings us :)
