DO NOT MOVE HERE
The place was disgusting when I moved in to the point were it smelled like smoke and there were DIRTY UNDERWEAR on the ground. They really didn't bother to clean the place up
It is also OUTRAGEOUSLY priced for the lack of a clean place to live. Don't move here please.like don't make the same mistake I did.
It was so bad I moved out a week after moving in.

Terrible experience
Lets start with move in. My son did roommate matching. He made sure to put down he had a cat. The first roommate they have him was allergic. The second had a hamster. Not exactly compatible pets. This last semester his apartment flooded 3 times. Not his fault. Accidents happen, I understand that. But as a result his apartment had mold on the baseboards, walls and under the carpet. The management came in and vacuumed up the water, but that was it. Several of his belongings were ruined. The mildew... smell was awful. This last time they pulled up the carpet to get the water out and pulled out the pad. Then put the same carpet back down with no pad under it. I contacted the regional manager to ask for one months rent back. They refused. Then to top it off we just got a cleaning bill after his move out. Seriously? I have called the regional manager and emailed and called Graystar about the cleaning bill and have received no reply. Beware of renting here...or any property managed by Graystar for that matter.

Wonderful People!
The people at 33 are what make you want to live there. The property is amazing, and it's in a wonderful location, but the staff members really make the experience worth it. They are so nice and friendly, and willing to help you with any issues or concerns that you have. I have never had a negative experience here, and I would recommend this place to anyone in Denton. A

Great Team Members!
The team here is just amazing. The property is always kept nice and clean, and the office staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have lived in apartments before where the people that work there don't care about the residents at all, and I have never experienced that here. The property is awesome and in a great location, but what makes it worth it to me is the people that work there.
