New people took over this year and it's way better now. Had some stuff broken when I moved in. They fixed it quick, no messing around.

They listen, and they're good folks. Happy I'm here.

Do NOT rent here unless you enjoy throwing away money on nothing

There are absolutely no amenities. They say they have washer/dryer on site but it never works. Their “updated/renovated” apartments consist of spray painting everything in the bathroom and slapping down cheap floor that is the equivalent of wallpaper. They have trash cans on the site that they allow to get so full it defeats the purpose. There is no reserved parking and lazy people park in handicap parking spaces when they shouldn’t be and when reported to management nothing is done. These… people took advantage of the pandemic like everyone else only they offer nothing. Spend the extra bucks to live some place decent.

We have addressed the issues you mentioned in your review, including the washer/dryer, apartment renovations, and trash management. Our maintenance team now ensures that all amenities are in proper working order and we have made upgrades to the quality of our apartment finishes. We have also implemented a more efficient trash collection schedule to maintain cleanliness on the property.

Regarding parking, we are working on a more effective parking management system to ensure that spaces are allocated fairly and that handicap spaces are reserved for those who genuinely need them. Rest assured, we take all reports seriously and are dedicated to finding solutions that work for everyone.

Horrible property management! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

The property manager is horribly irresponsible and does not care for the needs of tenants. The company just works to make to outside of the apartments look nice to lure new tenants while neglecting the current tenants and their broken apartments with little to no effort in fixing anything. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in, run far away from this place!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

The current property management company is so awful. They ignore broken appliances and don’t even respond to your issues. Good luck getting Joel, the property manager, to even call/text/email you back, as they are more focused on making the outside of the property look nice to lure new tenants all while neglecting the current concerns of tenants already living here. Worst apartment living experience I’ve ever had! They will constantly tell you maintenance is on their way and they will never come… . Stay away from this place!

A good property to live in.

I have been a resident at The Pearl for over two years and have enjoyed my residency here, and doing more renovations since last year, The grounds are kept very clean and building maintained very well. I always feel safe and protected at the property and where my apartment is located I never once have heard a neighbor. The property strictly enforces regulations thank goodness so everyone stays safe and the grounds clean. The few times I had some items that needed addressed in my apartment… they were quick to respond and resolve! The management are top notch, these folks are human beings with emotions and understanding! I give a special shout out to Sofia. I highly recommend and hope you enjoy your home!
