Kinda gross, but okay
There we a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen, but it could have been due to our cleaning habits in that room. The bugs weren't a problem in the bedroom or living room. Bathroom sometimes had bugs, but not many. The windows don't let in a ton of light, which can be depressing in winter. You have to pay your rent with a money order in person, which got really annoying. Mgmt is nice (kinda blunt, but never rude), but the maintenance people can take a long time.
I was upstairs, so idk about the... noise problem from stomping neighbors. we had fairly quiet neighbors. it wasn't a big party area when I was there.
Only 2 washers for the whole complex, so you had to plan your laundry.
It's kinda shabby, but a good location and cheap, so it was worth it as a student.
