The living area and game room offer comfortable seating, a poker table, and a pool table. The backyard includes an outdoor swimming pool, a furnished patio, and a BBQ grill. Please note that the spa heating element and jets are inoperable. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Free parking is available on the premises. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly fee of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six.

Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees will be applied. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 6 in the driveway. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, a noise alert device has been installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
