Adelita Townhomes

Placed a deposit on a three bedroom did a walk through and townhome is nothing like the gallery photos. Townhome was in poor condition bath tub had dirt rotted mold like around the perimeter. Tub fixtures not tighten. Kitchen cabinets damaged. Had to struggle letting the windows up. Maintenance did a poor job in preparing this townhome. I would never move here. Requesting my deposit back but office giving me a hard time.

Dauris is extremely rude and has no customer service experience what's so ever she always seems like she is in a bad mood and never has a smile on her face. Manager asked me if I changed my locks so they couldn't enter when apparently I guess they had the wrong key. Then I called one day at 2pm to see why something hasn't been fixed and her first response was when you gonna pay your rent not realizing I dropped my rent in the box that morning. I haven't had a pleasant experience with DAURIS… since she's been working here. I think personally she need to take my customer service ettiquette class I offer for her BAD ATTITUDE. PS when dealing with people's money month after month meaning you will deal with them constantly you need to show a little more entuisiasm about your job not only that but treat people with dignity respect and good service. Very beautiful complex and absolutely great service from Dauris she goes beyond for her customers and really good service she provides thanks Dauris for all your help.

Since I been living here it have been so q quiet. The Manager Dauris is so nice n she do her job n make sure your needs is taking care of. Dauris thank you for all you do.
