No hot water, don’t move here
We haven’t had hot water in months with no explanation other than they’re waiting on a plumber. Hot water is off and on with other units including AC and mold problems.

Worst place ever
Have to deal with no hot water, poor management, trash everywhere not to mention constant gun shots. Would not recommend living in this s#*@ hole

Love It Here, Peaceful
I enjoy living here at this apartments, they are affordable and all bills paid. They gave us a good move in special too and its quiet and clean. I recommend them

Quiet clean and affordable
We pick this apartments because of the location, it is close to our jobs and where we eat and shop and stuff. There is a creek we can go fishing and have picnics with our family and it was all bills paid so it is affordable and the apartment was renovated. I like my granite counter tops and the back splash the most I think. I recommend it here.

Love It Here, Peaceful
I love the creek, watching people fishing and the rain falling is so pretty. It is quiet here but close to all shopping and my job so it was a great location. The girls in the office are nice and helpful too.
