Present Tenant ????
I have lived here at Dickinson Pines for 4 months. The manager her Cassie is extremely pleasant and always greets residents here with a smile. There are no loitering here no traffic and is peaceful as well. Thanks Cassie for all that you do for us here at Dickinson Pines??

The community is nice here and very helpful. But a pet peeve here is that you can't have a washer or dryer you have to use the community one.
