Good until…
I haven’t had any real issues until recently.. my AC has been going out multiple times and I’ve sent emails and put maintenance requests and even called the emergency maintenance number but no one ever responds or gets back to you. They say they “fix” the issue but hours later, it goes out and it gets up to 80. One day I came home and it was 90 inside of my apartment! I’ve been having to find elsewhere to stay and I even asked if the AC can’t be fixed to be moved somewhere different but no one... ever answers you. I wanted to wait until my lease was up to leave but I’m considering breaking it for the fact that it’s unlivable right now for me and my children.

Roaches
I lived here for 1 year 2019-2020 and it was called The Link , I rented during the pandemic and only saw the apartment on move in day ?? it was a joke, I fought roaches everyday for a year! Cabinets hanging, poor water pressure and unruly children! Beware, they changed their name and slapped some paint on them but that’s it!!!!

Friendly Staff & Beautiful Apartments
My apartment is completely beautifully renovated, it's very nice and modern. Ienjoy it. The wood floors are so refreshing to look at. Lisa, Victor & the assistant manager and the maintenance team/Happy Force are all very nice, friendly, professional & pleasant to work with. Victor helped me get into my apartment quickly and the Happy Force maintenance team (Julian & Jose) were very friendly, caring, helpful and worked quickly to get all the repairs done in a timely manner and did a good job... every time. The entire staff & maintenance team took care of things quickly, which was awesome and pleasant. I would recommend The Booker Apartments! They're renovated wonderfully, have a nice staff all together, & get things done quickly with professionalism & you can tell that they care. Have a blessed day!
