I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding both the unresolved dryer maintenance request and the overall living experience at this apartment complex.
I submitted the dryer maintenance request over a month ago, and despite multiple scheduled appointments, no one ever arrived at the requested times. This has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I also contacted the office directly and was assured that someone would be sent to address the issue, yet once... again no maintenance staff showed up.
Additionally, I noticed that the maintenance worker repeatedly marked the work order as “completed” even though no repairs were ever performed. I find this unacceptable and very misleading.
I normally do not complain and have always tried to be patient and easygoing, but unfortunately the situation has continued to get worse. There have been several ongoing issues during my time here, including:
Constant cigarette and marijuana odors entering my apartment
Excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors, to the point that it often feels like the apartment is shaking
My dog becoming constantly anxious and afraid because of the noise
Lack of available parking, despite paying for two parking spaces and only using one
Poor management of common areas, including inappropriate behavior at the swimming pool and non-residents appearing to use the facilities while under the influence of drugs
These experiences have made living here very stressful and uncomfortable.
I will be leaving this apartment complex in a few days, and unfortunately, due to my experience, I would not recommend this community to friends or family.
I genuinely expected much better communication, professionalism, and management from the team.
