I’m very glad that my lease will be ending in November. Unfortunately, my experience living at this apartment complex has been extremely frustrating. These are just a few examples of the issues residents have had to deal with.
It is rare to go an entire month without experiencing a water shutoff or problems with the air conditioning. Management often expects residents to make do with a small window A/C unit, but that simply does not provide adequate cooling when the main air-conditioning system... is not working—especially during extreme heat.
I have lived here for four years and have experienced three different leasing managers. While I don’t necessarily believe these issues are the fault of the individual managers, the recurring problems suggest that the property owner needs to invest more attention and resources into properly maintaining the property.

Overall, I would strongly recommend considering other options before signing a lease here. I hope the property ownership takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for current and future residents. Read More

The management does not care he will yell at you and then try to make you the bad person. Getting maintains done on your apartment can be weeks to months before it is fixed Run away fast we regret moving here.

Los apartamentos son un asco, se esta callendo a pedasos, nunca hay agua, luz, aire acondicionado o calefacción, las personas q atienden wl lugar son muy groceras y siempre tratan de cobrarte extra, I ventan cobros te roban dinero, y nunca te arreglan nada, te amenazan con cortar tu contrato de la nada pero cuando quieres romperlo se rehusan a dejarte ir, pesima gerencia, no hay nada de amabilidad o decencia humana en ellos solo roban tu dinero, en verdad el peor lugar q he rentado!

It's the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in.
Management is terrible, one day you dont have water, other days you have no electricity, and if you have water or electricity there's no AC? There's always something that's wrong or out.
It takes them months LITERAL months to fix any maintenance requests and they do it badly.
Im serious, look elsewhere, its not worth it
But if you still do it, when all this bad things happen to you, remember my review. You will regret living here.

don't do it you will regret living here, the new management is really bad, constant leaks. No ac for so long. They just do a quick fix if they fix something and not even a day later same problems. Management is very unprofessional. There is poop all over and the cats everywhere it's horrible. The smell from the sewer makes you sick. And the apartments look nothing like they show in the pictures. There is trash all over the place and the laundry mat smells all the time and water everywhere.
