Not worth it

Moved in 11/2021 and I already hate it. First of all it’s false advertising. My kitchen does not look like any of the pictures it’s all messed up and super old. My “tile” it’s plastic btw is already lifting and it’s supposed to be brand new. My water heater has shut off at least three times in the time we have lived here. We have been here only two months!! It just shuts off for no reason and we are left with cold water until maintenance decides to show up, also sometimes our water is just out (… and not because we didn’t pay for it). Property management is just awful they never answer! You have to show up at their office that is all the way to the far west side so they can do something.

Dont do it

Was told they had a new carpet ,And that there was no Bug problem, So under the impression we got the apt ,To begin with there was a huge hole in the bottom of the sink cabinet that looked like they tried sealing with tape ,then our refrigerator didint work ,They kept telling us it worked but i knew i mean i used to help repair fridges and i could tell you they didint fix it .We ended up loosing around 300$ in grocery and never got reimbursed ,after my pregnant wife got upset like never before… confronted them at the office and they pretty much brought a new fridge the next day when it could of been avoided since day one if they would of just listened ,now to top it all off they did have bugs .that's right ... Roaches ,I was not going to let my baby's sleep there ,soo i left the apt And they were going to threaten me with court till I told them they broke the contract with false advertising saying they placed a new carpet when it was actually used,not to mention poor mainance ,The food that went to waste and the bug infestations .. it was either we get our deposit back or yeah we'll take it to court ,
and so we got part of the deposit back and they gave my wife attitude like if she did something wrong ..knowing she's pregnant
