I would like to personally thank Ariane M. for assisting me in finding the perfect apartment in just a few short days and doing all this from out of town. She was kind and courteous and always replied quickly and explained everything in timely manner. I personally felt like she treated me like family, and becoming a new tenant this process was new to me and she was very helpful and educated. The staff there is so helpful! It is a really good place to live. Maintaince is always top notch, and the staff is always having events for residents. Quiet place with access to Walmart, Marshall’s and Big Lots just across the street. Quiet and safe neighborhood

Honestly, terrible place to live for the money. This is one of the "Luxury" apartments in El Paso, with a price tag to go with it. Currently, the ground ( ALL grassy areas and BOTH dog parks) have been out of the "complimentary" waste bags. The result, dog waste EVERWHERE! This is a constant issue with this property. I cannot let my children play outside or I risk having them covered in it; HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!!! I would never have thought the waste bags to be an issue here, especially... considering the $700.00 PER animal deposit, $350 you do not get back; what is our money going to? Our dogs are constantly becoming sick, almost every time we actually decide to take them to either "dog park"; so thank you for all my Vet bills.

For all those looking for a home to call your own, keep looking!!!! Or at least walk the grounds yourself first, and you will agree.

Having moved from MA it's wonderful to have trees, grass, decorative shrubs, etc. The staff is amazing very friendly, courteous, and any issues were resolved immediately. My apartment is comfortable and all the appliances and HVAC work very well. A plaza is right across the street with a store for everything you need. The highway is a couple of minutes away. Maybe it's the location of my apartment but noise has never been an issue. Highly recommend.

The apartments aren't bad, but the staff is scandalous. They will tow your vehicles even when they do have proper registration and they will " lose" your move in papers and try to make you pay for the horrible carpet that is the same as it was when you moved in. I wish I never moved in here.
