I love my new home

The maintenance team is reliable, hardworking, and always quick to respond. They do an excellent job keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication do not go unnoticed. Great team to work with

Never answers phone

Never answer their phones. Arrived at 4:50pm, and they close at 5:30pm. Person working there refused to show me a unit. Would you want to rent from a place that doesn't answer their phones?

Best place to live

This is an excellent place to live at. Management and maintenance are awesome. As soon as I needed assistance they helped out same day. Both are super generous people I love this place. I am a single person and as a single person I love that this place is so secured. When i am out and about and come home it is so peaceful and I feel safe going in and out of my apartment. Also all my neighbors are really nice. This is my first time living by myself and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Yes… it could be pricey but to be honest for the service and location its definitely worth it. Other place can be cheaper but are maintenance as generous as the ones here are or do you feel safe at those other cheaper apartments? I definitely love this place and I am looking forward to stying here until needed. 100% recommended

Best Apartment Complex In El Paso!

I moved to Texas all the way from Wisconsin. Moving across the country was extremely stressful, trying to look at apartments from across the country was super hard. We ended up choosing Las Ventanas and we couldn't be happier! It was our first apartment complex and it's going to be hard for any in the future to compare! The staff is so helping and welcoming and the apartment is so clean and the upkeep is amazing! Every time we have an issue they are always right on it to fix it and make us feel… at home! I'm so happy with the choice we made and if we could stay there forever I totally would! I would recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking! You definitely won't regret it!
