Things are about to get better!
First and foremost, we’ve been residents here for several years and have witnessed multiple changes in management during that time. While I’m not sure why these changes kept occurring, they certainly did. One of the most disappointing transitions happened last year when a new management company came in and completely overhauled the staff, including the maintenance team. I was especially disheartened to see the original crew—Ray, Andy, and Junior—let go.
They were outstanding. Their work was... timely, precise, and reliable, and their presence truly made a difference in the quality of life here. It was hard to understand why management would part ways with such a dedicated team. Eventually, word spread that the company had reassigned them to different properties, and it showed—things were simply not the same without them. The replacement maintenance staff lacked the professionalism and care we had come to appreciate. In fact, the overall appearance and upkeep of the property noticeably declined.
I remember telling my husband that it might be time for us to move, but the cost of relocating was just too high. We held on, hoping things would improve—but they didn’t.
That is, until this week—when we saw Ray back on the property! We were overjoyed. We hugged him, caught up, and were thrilled to learn that he’s back permanently. My husband and I are truly relieved we stayed. With Ray’s return, I have full confidence that things will finally take a turn for the better.
I sincerely hope he gets a strong team to support him like he had before. Bringing Ray back to Tuscany is, without a doubt, the best decision management has made in a long time!
