Nice place!!
Great place to rent! It's nice and roomy inside. Great to be walking distance to schools and stores, very convenient location. Very respectful, cool and attentive manager and maintenance personnel. If you got a problem just give him a call and it will get fixed as soon as possible. I noticed people with issues there which are very few move in with good intentions and end up not taking care of the place like they agreed apon. Makes it hard for the maintenance guys to fix your leak or electrical... issue if you try to fix it yourself or he has to find out after the problem gets worse.
In all great place to live!!

You get what you pay for
Yes this is the cheapest place in town to live....but for good reason. Hands off maintenance that takes longer than it should to address an issue...then does it the cheapest way possible to insure you calling back. Management doesn't like overnight visitors...you need permission. Roaches are extremely bad...I should've started with that. It doesn't matter how clean you are when the whole building is infested.

Roach issue is due to lack of cleanliness by tenant. Apartments are clean upon move in and it is the responsibility of the tenant to maintain a clean apartment. Routine and preventative pest extermination is provided.

Starter Apartment
An okay "starter" apartment. Landlord EXTREMELY strict on visitor policy. Outside/Inside outdated. Very quite neighborhood.
