I like living at Avenue 900 because I feel that this is a pretty safe community. I love the fact that you can walk through the neighborhood without any problems. I also like the apartments. Justin who works in the office is also the best. He is very cheerful and kind. He’s also attentive and just the best. That’s why I like living here.

Staff

I had a great experience working with KaSundra in the leasing office. She was extremely helpful throughout my lease renewal and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions over the past few days. Love it here!

I have been here over 5yrs and I LOVE IT here! The staff is so friendly and always there if anything should come up. The grounds are kept clean and its nice and quiet here. It really is a lovely little community. We even have children playing outside daily, rare these days. Maintenance is top notch and FAST! You do not have to wait for stuff to get done around here. They are on their game!
