Do not live here would be my advice to anyone taking tours or considering Harlowe as a home. This place looks nice but the people who run this place will make your life miserable if you have issues in your unit. No accountability will be taken and they will make it out as your fault.

The apartments itself is fine, amenities like the “security package” never worked but are auto billed without opt-out options. Gates are broken, community managed internet is a terrible amenity. The management is mediocre at best, non responsive many times and difficult to get a hold of most of the time. Phone numbers don’t work or are unavailable. Office hours are lacking and do not coincide with most people’s working schedules. Maintenance does a fine job. Parking is terrible, no space for... residents, and even less space for visitors. Gates are always broken.

The maintenance team here at Harlowe is amazing. I’ve lived in multiple different apartment complexes before, and Harlowe is definitely the best so far when it comes to all categories— especially the maintenance team.
