The parking here is terrible. Guests almost seem unwelcome as you have to ask for permission by checking in their vehicle. How bout just fix the gates that have been broken and open for anyone to drive through the community rather than put the burden on your residents?

Hello, your guests are always welcome at Harlowe. I apologize if it doesn't feel that way. We, like most communities, require vehicles to be registered to park in the community. This helps ensure that all guests are approved by a resident to be on... site, and helps avoid unauthorized occupants who didn't complete the same background and application process that you and your neighbors did. Ownership is working with a vendor to source the parts needed to replace the full gate system and should have an update soon! We appreciate your patience.

the rent is too high and constantly going up for the property to not have a closed discreet trash receptacle and you should NEVER drive on the property and see trash and furniture etc all over the place near the dumpster!! build a wall around it with all the money your taking from renters! After a year of asking neither the front or back gates are working still which is not providing any security at all as anyone can walk the property and have access to buildings the pools etc!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I apologize that our trash area has been a point of frustration. Our dumpster and recycling follow the city's requirements for a community of our size. Recently, we found that the... door-to-door trash vendor had issues with our compactor and left trash bags out in front of the dumpster. The issue was fixed promptly, and all trash should be disposed of properly. We do not allow bulk trash dumping. However, there may be times that residents violate this rule and leave things behind. Our team works diligently to have them removed from the property as quickly as possible. But I understand that this may be an eyesore while the items are there. I apologize. As for our gates, the vendor is procuring parts for a full system replacement, and we should have them on site installing those soon. I'll be sending out an email as soon as the repairs are confirmed. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can improve your experience.

My experience at Harlowe has been great. The maintenance staff is great at what they do and do it in a timely manner. The leasing office responds to requests and offers a solution. The grounds are kept up, and residents are kind and friendly. I have enjoyed by time here at Harlowe.

I have lived at Harlowe for many years. I am very happy with all aspects of this apartment complex. I love the trees and common area. They are kept neat and well maintained. The front office staff are very helpful and responsive to any needs. The maintenance crew are very friendly and professional and do a great job of completing requests for maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend Harlowe.
