Royal Terrace

I was a resident at these apartments and needless to say, these are some crappy apartments. Management does not like to fix anything in the apartments. The day I was to move in. I get there and they are redoing the counters and bathroom. The apartment had not been clean. I had to do that myself.Management team had a bad attitude, using everything as an excuse why they could not fix anything. But you can bet that the managers apartment was fixed up nice. I had a leak in my bathroom from day one.... Put in several work orders and nothing got fixed. My apartment was flooded at least 3 times that I was there and nothing got done. My bathroom sink was draining slow so i bought a plastic snake and you would not believe the things that came out of the drain. Pure Filth. So my advise is unless you have another choice of apartments i would choose that. Read More

I,m residue at this apartment, since I came I have issue with restroom and mailbox is broken I'm telling them for over 3 months they didn't do anything to fix these problems, and the AC is not cold in summer time, definitely I will move out by the end of this month

Royal Terrace is a very old apartment building, built in the early 1960's. I can honestly say it is a very spacious 1 bedroom having being built at that time. When you compare the size ratio to, today's 1 bedroom there is none. Also it is an all bills paid apt., the downside is that it doesn't have central air but runs on chillers which doesn't keep it very cool during the summer heat, but is affordable and for that I'm truly grateful. To win the rent for life would be a beyond blessing.
