DON'T BOTHER
I've been here for two years complete mistake, office does not answer phones and would very rarely answer emails. The promised community amenities are unavailable, they've promised the pool would be working "by next week" for the past two years, and the gym is only available during 9 to 5 hours but always has a golf cart in front of it. Maintenance takes months to answer service requests and often responds that they cant do anything about it. I had a broken fridge that was left to spoil all of... my food, no heat during the winter and head of maintenance told me I'd just have to deal with it. At one point all of the water in the apartment was scalding hot and maintenance ignored the issue for 4 months then said they werent going to worry about it until after I moved out. 0 out of 10 in all categories.
