The Admiral Apartments

We had an active leak from our washer for 51 days. After many emails and calls we heard nothing. Then after it was fixed, they left our washer in the living area, did not clean up, and never came to fix the mold, rot, and crumbling drywall caused from their delay for the rest of the time of our stay. The apartment was not even move-in ready when we moved in, from a missing drawer to ruined floors. You also don't really feel safe because people are arguing outside at 3:00 A.M.

I had such an amazing experience touring the community with Ambreia. From the very beginning, they were warm, professional, and incredibly responsive.

Completed and returned my lease renewal application on Dec 12 2024, it took the office until Jan 6 2025 to send me my new lease to sign, In that time they have put me to month-to-month payments even though I specifically told the office agent Kentrell that I was about to start working 12 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to make it back up to the office. Now the lease is signed and my base rent is higher than the contract AND they added a late payment fee even though I called and called trying to... get everything completed before my lease ended. These apartments used to be called Tides on Post Oak so check those reviews too, the new manager Dianna just started this last month and failed to call me back or give me an update if corporate needed to get involved. Speaking of that, there is NO contact information for Summit Property Management which is pretty shady. I'll be posting this review on EVERY review site possible. Hope this helps Read More

I’ve been hesitating to leave a review until I gave the new management team time to fix the issues they said were caused by the last team, but today’s incident pushed me over the edge. Do not move here if you don’t want to spend months waiting for maintenance requests, have to pay for amenities that are never open, or want to lose one of your tires to the massive and growing potholes located all around the property. They will put on a smiling face when you tour and tell you many grand lies, but... do not believe them and seek residence at any of the many other apartments in the area. Read More
