Life at Cortland -Glade Parks is awesome. It’s what you want it to be - fast paced, stay in and cook while watching football or taking advantage of its upscale location with tree lubed streets while dining on a night on the town, catching a movie and enjoying the great local independent restaurants located within walking distance from your doorstep!

I have lived a Cortland Glade Parks for the last three years. these were the first apartments I ever moved into and still can’t find a reason to leave. The staff has always completed service request professionally in as quick as possible. The managing team nominated my pup for pet of the month, and even dropped off treats and a new toy for him when he was sick. We also have fun events that I really enjoy attending! Overall very satisfied and couldn’t be happier!

I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences while living here. The office staff are GREAT, especially Alexis.

KUDOS to maintenance staff in responding in a timely manner, when needed. Staff are very observative and friendly!! Grounds are ALWAYS well kept. The living accommodations and location are MARVELOUS !!
