We have moved here from another state and were excited about this location. Our receptionist was extremely nice and helpful throughout the application process. We will tell you that these apartments are outdated with old appliances. They literally patch over everything. In our bathroom you can feel the broken floors and holes they just covered up. They spray painted over the cabinets so much that they were stuck together when we first tried to open them. One of the biggest things about this… place is that they will enter your apartment with out you knowing, or better yet without you thinking you know, which is very dangerous for both you and them. You can hear the plumbing from other apartments. Our toilets will run as if we just flushed it for no reason. It is relatively quiet most of the time which is a plus. Also have a ton of pools but I have seen other tenants have there dogs in the pool which is disgusting. If you are on a budget and not concerned about new appliances and patch job apartments then this might be for you.

Pros: pretty quiet, the property has free events for the renters and families
Plenty of pools(to many to count)
Cons: THEY WILL ENETER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT PERMISSION OR NOTICE. We have lived in this unit for two back to back fourteen month leases. We had an ant problem when we first moved in that was taken care of by pest control speedily. These buildings are old, built in '76, i think. If you have upstairs neighbors you are guaranteed to hear them. Unfortunately, the grounds have gone downhill since we first moved in. They use to keep debris and trash cleaned up but that has not been the case the passed six months or more. The large windows in our living room and… dining room are great for letting in natural light but they do not open. VERY disappointing when the weather turns cool and breezy and you'd like to open the windows. The windows are all single pane and don't help with energy efficiency. Our unit is spacious 1180 sq ft but they have just raised our rent $80 more per month! we signed our first lease at $745 a moth, they went up $50 after the first lease was up and now $80......seems unreasonable.
We are looking to move, because between rent, water, trash, pest control and separate renters insurance ( they require it now) we are looking at almost $1000 for this old apartment. Maintenance men are always friendly when they come to your apartment, some of the men don't speak fluent english but they are kind and helpful every time.
The toilets in our unit are old and stained so are the sinks and tubs. We did get a new refrigerator when we moved in because the ones in the unit had rust on it. The carpet is very scratchy and thin.
We had some serious issue with the upstairs tenants and Malia was very helpful during that time. Read More
