I’ve had a good experience living at Boardwalk. The location is convenient, maintenance is responsive, and the place feels safe. The apartment is clean and well-kept, and overall, it’s been a comfortable place to stay.

No EV chargers in community. Trash charges are very high compared to other community and HOV cost is also added. Management has changed after that the maintenance cost is going higher and higher every year.

Living at Boardwalk Mercer has been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The management team is responsive and friendly, always quick to address any maintenance requests or questions. I also really appreciate the modern amenities, clean common areas, and convenient location—it’s close to everything I need. Overall, it's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quality living... experience
