Maintenance responds in a timely manner and staff is responsive. Could use some improvement of grounds cleanliness. Also, could use slightly more frequent power washing. Otherwise, I would reccomend this community.

Overall this is a great community, the area is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s in a great location. Valet trash could be better, they do a lot of checks inside apartments which is weird but they do send emails about it.

I’ve had a great experience living at Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing. The property is always well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly and responsive, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The location is super convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Nice community. Friendly and supportive staff. Great neighborhood. Better place to stay. Easy to reach I-35 and I-635 highways. 5 minutes away to stores .
