Good amenities and prompt maintenance. Parking sometimes is a problem at night and the entrance gates don't work properly whenever needed. Even guests can't enter through guest entry app which doesn't work at all

nothing to say all are top notch very good staff and peacfull enviroment with good lake view and walk trail around 3 miles which allows you to seeand chit chat with good neighbors

I've been here about 4 years and for the most part I've had no issues or complaints. One thing I will say is some of the fees have gotten weird, like HOA fees in the lease.

Definitely enjoy the new convenience store that they have at the club and the towels in the fitness studio were also a great addition. The apartment still needs improvements but its getting there
