Morally corrupt
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity shown by management. The business advertises certain offers, but when it comes time to honor them, the manager refuses to follow through. Advertising something and then not honoring it is misleading and very unprofessional.
What made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled. Instead of communicating respectfully or trying to resolve the issue, the manager simply ignored the concern. It felt incredibly dismissive,... almost like being treated as if my questions didn’t deserve a response. Basic communication and accountability should be the bare minimum when a customer raises a legitimate concern.
Businesses build trust by standing behind what they advertise and by people with respect. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I hope management learns to communicate better and honor the commitments they promote.
