I have enjoyed my experience living at Alta Marine Creek. The community has a peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciate having a comfortable place to call home. The location is convenient, and the overall community environment is welcoming. My main concern is the limited parking availability, particularly during evenings and weekends. Having additional resident and guest parking would make an already enjoyable living experience even better.

They really make the process SO easy here and will be with you and help you every step of the way from the time of application to move-in day! The apartments are just BEAUTIFUL and well maintained but also AFFORDABLE!! I also can’t say nice enough things about my Leasing Agent Erica (or Erin, I’m really terrible with names, I’m so sorry!), she was SO amazing!! I hope to be living here for a while!

Love my home- I have an amazing view of the lake and have the ability to complete my daily outdoor run at the 6 mile trail on the property.

This place is really nice in terms of location and community. During my process they lost a bunch of my information and had no internet set up on move in and doubled me up on electricity which i had all set up 33 days prior to move in. On top of that they didn’t “debug” the apartment so milipedes and spiders are lurking everywhere which the girlfriend hates. Nice place and i bet this isnt the common consensus but ive had better experiences with other complexes.
