Staff is short handed
I was a resident paying separately for a covered parking space. After my vehicle was replaced due to an accident, my vehicle was towed because it had not yet been updated in the parking registration system. The registration change could not be completed by residents and had to be handled through the leasing office. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of communication. It was often difficult to reach the office by phone, and when I was able to speak with staff, I was frequently... told they were short-handed. This made it challenging to get issues resolved in a timely manner.I understand communities have parking policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility for a resident who was paying for covered parking and dealing with a vehicle replacement after an accident.Future residents should make sure any vehicle changes are updated with the office immediately and should keep detailed records of all communications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced during an already stressful time following your vehicle replacement. Our parking policies are in place to help ensure parking... remains organized and fair for all residents. We also send monthly community communications reminding residents of these policies and providing guidance on how to navigate vehicle changes and other parking-related updates. We understand this situation was disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve our communication and service. We wish you all the best moving forward. We would love to speak with you regarding this, please contact the Community Manager, Sarah. Best, Sarah and Team Lyric.
