The floorplans and building design are ideal for over-55 market. Problems common at apartment complexes--in particular noise and unkempt grounds--are notably absent here! Current staff members are competent, responsive and cordial. Neighbors are friendly and supportive of one another. Rents are competitive. We are very happy here and highly recommend this community.

I have lived here for 11 years I am very pleased with the community and new management team. Communication has much improved since Amber arrived. I need new flooring. Eleven years is a long time for the grade of carpet we have.

The location is excellent in that we are so close to all needed medical doctors and SW Hospital. We are nearly right on the toll road. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
