Loving the community here. Facilities are great and clean and the other residents are great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. When there are issues they are taken care of quickly

I think that Dixon is an enjoyable place to live! The neighbors that I have met have been personable and the location is great. The amenities are nice, as is the staff. The shower temperature fluctuates often, yet that is the only downfall. I recently renewed my lease for another year!

I haven’t been here that long but so far so good very quiet….If you love to walk and exercise this is the place beautiful views…I also love that my job is literally up the road

Maintenance needs improvement. It takes alot of time to be done. Sometimes it is closed without even doing anything and have to ask several times.
