I continue to have problems with my rental insurance being updated. I have supplied coverage more than a dozen times still it hasn't been corrected! The problem with the section 8 residents is an ongoing issue. They don't follow community guidelines, packages go missing, etc. Any time you combine lower-income housing with paying residents there are always problems. There is an ongoing problem with communication with the management team and getting responses, with a slow turnaround on maintenance... tickets, and the grounds are not kept up.

Love the location!!! Our apartment faces the Colonial Golf Course and there are the cutest wildlife around! Birds and squirrels and people walking their dogs…absolutely love it!
