Everyone who works at Eastbank at Waterside has been so kind, courteous, and helpful. They keep us up-to-date about what is going on and are quick to respond to inquiries and issues. The location is amazing and I love inviting friends over to enjoy the community area. Not only is it a beautiful location with easy access to the river but it's so convenient because I have easy access to pretty much everything I need.

I contacted Eastbank at Waterside in need of a lease on rather short notice. Samantha was incredibly courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. She provided excellent tours of the property, answered all questions, and helped walk me through the application process. Her and her team (thanks also to Emerson and Catherine!) handled my application with both care and speed to facilitate an easy and smooth move in process. 10/10, 5 stars all around - love my new home and the community!

So very happy here at Eastbank. I feel safe, the staff is kind, helpful, and responsive. Great location to everything, shops, dining, access to freeways, and walks along the river.

Literally this place is living hell. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. I've lived here for almost a year and a half now and I could not be more excited to move out. They never answer the phone, elevators are always broken, maintenance never comes/answers, key fob (door access) is always broken so be ready to be locked out, fire alarm is constantly broken/going off, my bike got stolen out the cycle room and they did absolutely nothing about it , I could go on and on about how horrible this place is!... Definitely worth breaking a lease. It’s continuously getting worse by the day . Everyone in the leasing office does not care to help you with any problems you have. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!! DONT LIVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE CONSTANT HEADACHE
