My gas and and I toured this property and the staff is super nice and helpful! Jordan N. Was are particular agent that toured us and she was super knowledgeable about the property and really sweet! She listened to what we were wanting and found some options based on that information. I highly recommend this property and Jordan N.

This place is under new management for the fourth time since I have lived here for over six years. New management totally sucks. Maintenance is nonexistent. Trash is all over the complex that doesn’t get picked up. They let cars sit with no inspection stickers or license plates. The trash compactor is always full and overflows into the parking lot. The people that live above me throw trash off their baloney and smoke weed which... stinks up my apartment. I’ve complained to the manager about several issues and he has done absolutely nothing! They let anyone rent here. Unfortunately, I have another haveemonths on my lease before I can move. All the people that have lived in my building have left. Zero stars!! Since day one, in December, there has been nothing but continuous issues here! I’ve never lived at a complex that just does not care like them. I’d like to blame old management but this new management is a joke as well. I ordered new furniture for my apartment & as I was moving things around in my bedroom closet.. BLACK MOLD. Everywhere. Found on a Saturday around lunch & immediately brought it to their attention. Basically was told that nothing would be done until MAYBE Monday. As... I know this is a health hazard & have dealt with this at a previous apartment, who handled it appropriately, I asked if they would put me and my dog in a hotel or reimburse me.. they stated nope. This place is a joke. I’ve had work orders in to repair my pantry door that has not been on since December multiple times.. my catalytic converter was stolen off my car the first night here. A WHOLE mess!! I can only hope the least they’ll do is let me out of my lease & receive my deposit back at this point. The pics are the townhouse model. Leasing agents were pleasant. They called me the day before move in asking if I could move in 2 days after my initial move in date because the apt wasn't ready (they had inclement weather). I'm coming from out of state so it wasn't possible so they offered for us to stay in the model townhouse and gave me a concession. We moved into my apt during the day; its was nice spacious. However, that night we noticed the ROACH INFESTATION!!! Dead ROACHES above the... cabinets, behind the fridge along with a family of ROACHES running away, and a few ROACHES in the door frame in kitchen and bathroom. Stayed in hotel and moved out next afternoon. Baby roaches were found in some of my things. They offered an apt in a different building. Nope!
