Avoid This Property: Terrible Maintenance Experience

Horrible and Very disappointing move-in and maintenance experience.

Several repair issues were identified before lease signing and move-in, and we were told they would be completed or promptly addressed. Based on those assurances, the lease was signed and move-in proceeded. Unfortunately, after move-in, many of the same issues were still not completed.

Even after move-in, the same pattern continued. Multiple maintenance concerns have been reported and followed up on, but the issues remain… unresolved or only partially addressed. Weeks and months later, there are still concerns involving basic functionality, safety, security, appliances, and access. These include issues with the dryer vent/laundry use, windows that do not properly open, lock/security concerns, garage lighting/access, a missing garage remote, cooling concerns, and now a freezer issue that has caused food loss.

Multiple emails and follow-ups have been sent requesting a clear repair timeline, but the response has been inadequate and the issues remain unresolved. We have been told items were completed when they were not, and also that there is limited maintenance staffing, but that does not fix the problems.

At this point, we are now having to spend additional time pursuing help from the City of Fort Worth/code inspectors to try to force basic repairs that should have been handled before or shortly after move-in.

In my experience, management has relied more on standard marketing-type phrases, such as resident satisfaction being a priority and claims about having a great maintenance team, rather than actually resolving the private, specific repair concerns being raised. Words are appreciated, but they do not fix windows, appliances, security issues, or safety concerns.

This has been extremely stressful and disappointing, especially because many of these issues were raised before move-in. A resident should not have to repeatedly chase management for repairs that were identified before the lease was signed.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to get all promised repairs completed and personally verified before signing or moving in and to demand change of lead to put maximum days for repairs. I am happy to provide more details about this experience to anyone considering this property. I will update this and other reviews as soon as there are any repairs done. Hope this will help other families that to fall in the same trap and have to endure stress, unsafe environment

Do NOT recommend!

Please save yourself time and money, do not move here! The property is not well maintained, there have been mold and constant smoke issues since I moved in last year. When maintenance requests are put in they are very delayed in response. The management is very unprofessional and does not communicate well, often my messages will go unanswered. There is noise late at night heard from the units surrounding the pool and the FW police frequent this complex. There is one trash and one recycle… dumpster for the entire property that is ALWAYS FULL and overflowing.

I have had more issues with this complex than any other property I have lived at and will not be renewing when the time comes.

GREAT STAFF & PRETTY PROPERTY

My gas and and I toured this property and the staff is super nice and helpful! Jordan N. Was are particular agent that toured us and she was super knowledgeable about the property and really sweet! She listened to what we were wanting and found some options based on that information. I highly recommend this property and Jordan N.

AS BAD AS IT GETS!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS!!

This place is under new management for the fourth time since I have lived here for over six years. New management totally sucks. Maintenance is nonexistent. Trash is all over the complex that doesn’t get picked up. They let cars sit with no inspection stickers or license plates. The trash compactor is always full and overflows into the parking lot. The people that live above me throw trash off their baloney and smoke weed which… stinks up my apartment. I’ve complained to the manager about several issues and he has done absolutely nothing! They let anyone rent here. Unfortunately, I have another haveemonths on my lease before I can move. All the people that have lived in my building have left. They just couldn’t take living over here anymore! DO NOT RENT HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Do not live here!

Zero stars!! Since day one, in December, there has been nothing but continuous issues here! I’ve never lived at a complex that just does not care like them. I’d like to blame old management but this new management is a joke as well. I ordered new furniture for my apartment & as I was moving things around in my bedroom closet.. BLACK MOLD. Everywhere. Found on a Saturday around lunch & immediately brought it to their attention. Basically was told that nothing would be done until MAYBE Monday. As… I know this is a health hazard & have dealt with this at a previous apartment, who handled it appropriately, I asked if they would put me and my dog in a hotel or reimburse me.. they stated nope. This place is a joke. I’ve had work orders in to repair my pantry door that has not been on since December multiple times.. my catalytic converter was stolen off my car the first night here. A WHOLE mess!! I can only hope the least they’ll do is let me out of my lease & receive my deposit back at this point. I cannot believe a management company is SO beyond neglectful over something that’s a major health concern. Do. Not. Live. Here.
