the community is Great, could us a few things , like a Sunday service of some kind. we have two pianos. a better area for watching movie night.

Thank you for taking the time to give your thoughts on our community. We appreciate any opinions and feedback. Our movie group has been having good turn out and I would consider moving areas but the multi-purpose room is our best space currently. We… do have a bible study group that meets and is available on the resident calendar. There has been some talk of trying to coordinate a Sunday Service but I would have recommend reaching out to the men's group and our wonder Lifestyle Coordinator Caylie. My office is always open and would be more than happy to discuss.

There is some type of entertainment happening several times a year. Birthdays are
celebrated every month that they happen with pizza, cake and ice cream are something.. If you need help you have a card to put on your door at 10:00 and if it is'nt there they will find out if you are alright and if not get help.

These complex is managed so well, everyone is always available. Pool is fabulous, huge pool and spa. Garage uber ground, protects your care. So rare to have it. It keeps your care safe for I’m theft, weather , and rain. Easy to keep clean. That means so much to me. They even have a place to. Ash yourself spray it and wash it down in the garage! I love that. Just unbeorbabl place, the apartments are custom made and feel like a huge condominium. All bird are good. All have outdoor balconies. The… yard are kept excellent. People all so so friendly and nice. A great home away from home, and it feels like a home. Wthevotjers around any time you want to join in, even waking around see new people everywhere . It’s Texas country feeling and Yexas friendly in a big way. Building is beautiful. They even have weddings, children performing, brautful Thanksgiving and Christmases here. You never feel left out from anything. Loved yhe location. So much all around us. Restaurants, , target,? Lowe’s can’t even name it all. Dillard outlet across the street. Greal place to buy brand name items much discounted.. lovrviy

We have been at Overture Ridgmar 4 years plus and it is a great community. The residents are like family. The underground parking garage is a big amenity as well as the square footage of the apartments. Our management staff is superior. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a great place to call home.
