Roach Infested!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Where do I start??? The roaches! It was a nightmare. This place was absolutely infested. I also found 2 small snakes in my bedroom which was my breaking point. Day one I moved in to a dirty unit with a broken window and an overflowing sink that literally flooded the kitchen, under the wall to the bedroom. They “fixed” it only for a couple months later it happened again. There is only one person in the office who has a clue what they are doing and that is the actual manager… but they block you trying to talk to her (likely to cover their own ignorance). If you like leaving your apartment after 8 pm be prepared to not be able to find a single spot to park anywhere near your home when you return. Oh and move out hahahaha they will have you move into a unit that clearly is not ready to move into but will charge you 2k when you move out for absolute nonsense. Worst experience ever.

Horrible

I do not recommend living here. You will see many unexpected charges on your monthly bill, you will never be able to get in contact with the office. After having to get out of work early and having to go in the office all they could say was. Those are the fees we can’t do anything about it. You can never get in contact via email or phone and it just seems like they are very professional when they want you to sign a lease but after they are rude and unprofessional.

Living at Prescott park apartment homes

I absolutely love my apartment! It’s very spacious perfect for one without breaking my pockets. The sunroom is such a great bonus, and I really enjoy how much natural light it brings in. The new property management team has been amazing quick to respond to emails, calls, and maintenance requests. I also appreciate the beautiful landscaping around the property, which makes it feel even more like home.

DONT!

Constant management changes, Lazy maintenance men who half do their jobs to the point I had to put up cameras just to be sure they were even coming! Roaches and bugs infested and all thought you pay monthly for pest control…they only come once every now and then. Loved it when I first moved in but it’s complete trash now, not to mention car breaks in?!

I love my neighborhood close to job , 820 and 30 even 35W and 360 freeways. Shopping is near by. Bus Line in front of apts. I been here 6 years great place to live.
