It’s nice here now that Stephanie is back. We actually have a person that knows what they are doing and I just love her to pieces. Maintenance is good now that the other one is gone

It’s nice here but it could be better. I love the apartment the way it’s set up and the dog park needs to be fixed on the left side because small dogs can get out from under the fence

Best apt. I’ve lived in, no complaints. Friendly staff, nice amenities, very quiet, clean, and fun activities. Very close to the freeway, had many shops around, close by

The gym has one working treadmill, and the pool—though advertised as 24 hours—is almost always closed without explanation. When open, there’s no guest count per unit, so it’s overcrowded and unsafe. Maintenance just spray-paints over issues. Key fobs only work on some amenities and are never fixed. The gate has never worked (a key reason I moved in), and the clubhouse stairs have been broken for ages. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. Good apt complex, nice location with good looking apts. Gym has had 1 treadmill that doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for months, and they got rid of the dumbbells. But other than that good experience
